Delivery & returns

We deliver within the UK only. Delivery is a flat £6 per order, however many items you buy, and it's shown in your basket before you pay.

  • Prints are made to order by our printer in Birmingham and posted directly to you. Please allow [5–7 working days] for printing and dispatch, then [2–3 working days] for delivery.
  • Original paintings are packed by Nicholas and sent [by tracked and insured courier] within [5 working days].

We'll email you when your order is dispatched, with tracking where available. You can also follow its progress from Your orders.

If something arrives damaged

Please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage and the packaging. We'll replace a damaged print free of charge. For a damaged original, we'll arrange a return and a full refund.

Changing your mind

You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to tell us you'd like to cancel, and you don't need to give a reason. Then send the item back within 14 days of telling us.

  • Return it in its original condition and packaging.
  • You pay the return postage, unless the item was faulty or damaged. We recommend a tracked service, as the item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
  • We'll refund the price and the original delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the return, to the card you paid with.
  • Return address: White Imaging (our printer), Unit D, Tyburn Trading Estate, Ashold Farm Road, Erdington, Birmingham B24 9QG.

This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
