These terms apply when you buy from nicholassimsart.co.uk. The seller is Nicholas Sims, nicholassims@hotmail.com.

1. Your order

Your order is accepted when payment is taken and we email your confirmation. If we can't fulfil it (for example, an original sells at the same moment), we'll tell you and refund you in full.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling. Delivery is added at checkout before you pay. We accept card, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe.

3. The artworks

• Originals are one of a kind and sold as seen. We describe and photograph them as accurately as we can, but colours vary between screens.
• Prints are giclée reproductions on [paper], printed to order. There may be slight differences from the original and between screens.

4. Copyright

Buying an original or a print doesn't transfer copyright. All artworks and images remain © Nicholas Sims. You may not reproduce them, for example on products or online for commercial use, without written permission. You're welcome to share photos of your purchase.

5. Delivery, cancellations and returns

See Delivery & returns. You have 14 days to cancel after delivery. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.

6. Our responsibility

We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that's a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We're not responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing here limits our liability where the law doesn't allow it.

7. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
